Moment Of Truth Partial Order Policy - Explained:

As found on the preceeding pages, Moment Of Truth orders take at minimum 30 days to create - not including shipping time. If there is a desired arrival date for your Moment Of Truth order, we prefer to receive your order by not less than five (5) weeks prior to that deadline in order to account for processing and shipment times. However, it's never too late to receive a "Partial Moment Of Truth Order".

What we offer as an alternative - and often recommend for any kind of belated or deadline-based gift-giving - is a second approach wherein we can begin to create your Moment Of Truth artwork for the standard processing and shipment time; and in the interim immediately ship to you all of the items that are normally included with your Moment of Truth order. These items include the following:

- The Moment of Truth Certificate (an official document declaring the authenticity of the Artwork)
- The Moment of Truth Text (a free Artist's Statement print included with every Moment of Truth order which details the feelings and motivations behind Allan's creation of the Work)
- The Moment of Truth Plaque (the optional $9 silver alloy plaque with the Moment of Truth title is always shipped unattached to the actual Artwork, and can also be sent to you in advance if you wish)

Along with the items above, we sometimes also recommend providing to your gift recipient a print-out of various pages of the online MOT Info PDF for viewing or explaining purposes; of course, these are all just ideas and suggestions.

Again, the advantage of this ordering method is the fact that the items above can be shipped to you immediately - and in time for any deadline you might have - while you wait for the main artwork to be completed and shipped.

Ordering Instructions:

If you wish to place your Moment Of Truth order as an immediately-shipped partial order, simply go to the Moment Of Truth ordering and information page, follow the instructions you find there as if placing a normal Moment Of Truth order, and write the following statement in the "Notes" section of your gear form (page 6 of the MOT Ordering PDF):

"PLEASE SEND PARTIAL ORDER IMMEDIATELY"

We will send your partial order via the shipping method you have chosen on your Payment and Shipping Information form (page 7 of the MOT Ordering PDF), so if you require an expedited shipping method be sure to designate this on or near the shipping box of your ordering form as well.

The following shipping methods and their respective rates are available:

-> UPS-Ground .............. $10.50 (default method of shipment if nothing else declared on form)
-> UPS 3-Day Select ........ $15.50
-> UPS 2-Day Air ........... $20.50

Special Notes about this ordering method:
Please note that there may be a secondary shipping charge for all Moment Of Truth Partial Orders, since you will be receiving your order in two shipments (one shipment for the initial Moment Of Truth package contents listed above, and the second shipment which will include the completed Moment Of Truth artwork). The standard shipping rates above will apply.
