METHODS OF SHIPPING: We ship by either UPS, or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for US deliveries. If shipping by UPS a full street mailing address is required. UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. boxes. We generally ship within 3 days of receipt of order. DELIVERY TIME* UPS DELIVERIES: All orders are shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada. UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays and Sundays (except for an extra fee added to a next day or 2nd day air charge). Deliveries to addresses in Nevada and surrounding states (CA, UT, AZ) are usually one day. The further the state is from Nevada, the longer the delivery time. The maximum for UPS US deliveries is 6 business days (not counting Saturdays and Sunday) to the East Coast. DELIVERY TIME* US POST OFFICE DELIVERIES WITH US DESTINATIONS: All orders are shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada. Orders shipped by the US Postal Service for US destinations are usually shipped "PRIORITY MAIL" and are generally delivered in 2-4 days. DELIVERY TIME* CANADIAN DESTINATIONS: Based on the weight of your order, and the amount paid for shipping, we will send your order by airmail, or ground. Airmail deliveries should arrive in a week to 10 days; ground shipments may take 2-3 weeks. Canada has been known to charge a brokerage fee. These figures are not available through FireArt. DELIVERY TIME* US POST OFFICE DELIVERIES WITH FOREIGN DESTINATIONS: All orders are shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada. Orders shipped by the US Post Office for foreign destinations are shipped by "surface" (meaning "boat"). If the shipping & handling charge as shown on the chart is sufficient we will send it by airmail, AT OUR DISCRETION. Surface (boat) can take up to 8 weeks to get to some of the further distances from the US (such as Australia, New Zealand or Japan). Airmail will get the package there much quicker, but at a significantly higher cost.
*IMPORTANT HOLIDAY NOTE: Due to overwhelming demand during or near the Holiday season, orders placed after December 15th may be subject to minor delays in shipping which may produce an inability to provide product in-hand by December 25th. FIREART SHIPPING CHARGES: "Shipping & Handling" starts at $10.50 for Lithographs and 11 x 14 Prints. (lithographs and 11 x 14 prints are shipped flat), and $7.50 for Posters (note: all Posters are 18 x 24 and are shipped rolled in an 18.5 tube). Orders to APO or FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, The Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico require only the amount shown for US deliveries. FASTER DELIVERY: Our usual method of shipment within the US is by UPS surface delivery. UPS 3rd and 2nd day air is available for US orders ONLY, at an additional charge of $5.00 and $10.00 respectively. If you desire this service, choose the appropriate shipping option in the pull-down menu at the bottom of the shopping cart page. So that there is no confusion about what "FASTER DELIVERY" means, and what it DOESN'T mean, please read ALL of the following: 1) "FASTER DELIVERY" applies ONLY to the time it takes UPS to deliver the order. It does NOT affect the time it takes us to process the order. We process all orders in the order received. And in some cases it may take up to 3 days to be processed and then picked up by UPS for delivery. 2) UPS does NOT count the day an order is picked up as one of the 2 days. An order picked up on Monday, with 2nd day UPS delivery will usually be delivered on WEDNESDAY. UPS claims a very high percent of meeting their 2-day and 3-day day deliveries. 3) UPS generally delivers on business days only! - Monday through Friday. However, customers can pay a "Saturday Delivery Fee if the delivery must be made on that day. SPECIAL NOTE: FireArt Posters (not Lithographs or Giclées) are normally sent via U.S. Mail and will be upgraded to PRIORITY MAIL for an additional $5.00. There is no 2 or 3 day option but Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 days. DAMAGED GOODS: If your order is received damaged, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. Do not contact shipper (UPS, Airborne or Fed EX) as this will only result in a long delay. Since we insure the order at the time of shipping we will replace the item and then recover our costs. In the case of a Limited Edition print, if we have insurance prints available, we will (at the customers request) reissue the original print number. HOWEVER, to be able to do that WE REQUIRE PROOF OF THE ORIGINAL PRINTS DESTRUCTION. Please follow these important instructions: 1) Cut out an 8½” x 5½” section of the print centered around and including the number and signature. 2) Mail this cut-out along with your contact information on a separate sheet of paper (including email address and/or phone number) to the address specified below. 3) The remainder of the replacement process will be interpreted and resolved via email and/or phone correspondence RETURN POLICY FOR NUMBERED LITHOGRAPHS**: - Within 15 days of receipt: Any damaged Lithograph may be returned for a claim of damage (see details under “Damaged Goods” on this page). - After 15 days and within 1 year of receipt: A replacement of the same number lithograph may be purchased for 1/2 of the original price. - After 1 year of receipt: A replacement of the same number lithograph may be purchased for the secondary market value as determined at the time of return. **Note: For any Numbered Lithograph return, the original Lithograph or Lithograph number must be returned to FireArt to insure the certification process of the replacement Lithograph (please see instructions under “Damaged Goods” on this page for details regarding the accurate return of a Lithograph number). THE FIREART 100% GUARANTEE: We display the FireArt artwork at the highest resolution practical and in colors that accurately depict the artists intention. However, due to the vast differences in monitor calibration, the colors of the actual print may be different than the screen image.
